Pastor Pierucki works through a long list of verses from Matthew to Revelation that use the word servant, beginning with Christ taking the form of a servant in Philippians 2 and calling His followers to deny self and take the lowest place. He warns against pride, self-promotion, and people pleasing in the ministry, contrasts works with grace, and explains how separating the judgments helps a believer understand eternal security and the judgment seat of Christ. Along the way he draws on years of mission work and soul winning at the flea market to show that real Christianity is sacrifice for others rather than service to self.

“Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.”Philippians 2:5-8 (KJV)
