Ephesians 1:1-6:24

Ephesians

Paul Pierucki · September 6, 2026 · 11:00 AM service

Pastor Pierucki gives an overview of the book of Ephesians, working chapter by chapter through the spiritual blessings believers already possess in Christ, the doctrine of election and man's free will, the dispensation of the Gentiles, unity in the local church, and the armor of God. He answers Calvinism from Matthew 22, Acts 7, and Matthew 23, showing that men resist God's call, and he defends salvation by grace through faith from Ephesians 2:8-9 alongside Romans, Galatians, and Titus. He also shares his own testimony of what changed after he got saved, and warns that faith in good works, baptism, or good living instead faith in the finished work of Jesus Christ will send a person to hell.

Psalms 90

Moses the Servant in Psalms

Paul Pierucki · August 30, 2026 · 11:00 AM service

Pastor Pierucki traces the references to Moses throughout the book of Psalms, showing him as shepherd, priest, intercessor, meek man, and servant of God, then settles into Psalms 90, the prayer of Moses. He teaches that God has always led His people through men, that every believer is a saint and a king and priest called to intercede, and that a servant's heart is what fills the emptiness people try to satisfy with sin. He closes with the request of Psalms 90:17, urging hearers to do all their work for the Lord so the beauty of God shows in their lives.

Psalms 2

Jesus in the Psalms

Paul Pierucki · August 26, 2026 · 6:00 PM service

Pastor Pierucki walks through the Messianic Psalms, showing how passages written a thousand years before Christ's birth were fulfilled exactly in the New Testament. He covers Psalms 2 and the King who rules with a rod of iron, Psalms 16 and the resurrection, the crucifixion detailed in Psalms 22, the eternal throne promised to David, the priesthood after the order of Melchizedek explained in Hebrews, and Psalms 102 as proof of Christ's deity as Creator. He uses these texts to answer groups that deny who Jesus is, and reminds hearers that religion, Sabbath keeping, and good living save no one, only faith in Christ.

Psalms 51:1-17

Psalms in the Heart

Paul Pierucki · August 23, 2026 · 11:00 AM service

Pastor Pierucki continues his book by book teaching with an overview of Psalms, noting the blessed man of chapter 1, the emphasis on God's word in chapter 119, the repentance psalms, and the Messianic psalms that point to Christ, including the promise of David's eternal throne in Psalms 89 as proof of eternal security. He then focuses on the heart, which is mentioned 121 times in Psalms, contrasting the hard, bitter, and proud heart with the clean, fixed, and tender heart God wants to give. He shares stories from his years in Romania, including learning to pray Psalms 51:10 while driving, and closes by explaining that a man must believe in his heart, not just his head, that Christ died for his sins and rose again.

2 Corinthians 13:11-14

2nd Corinthians: How We Finish Well

Paul Pierucki · August 16, 2026 · 11:00 AM service

Pastor Pierucki walks through 2 Corinthians chapter by chapter, showing what God expects of a local church and how believers finish the race well together. He covers the test of examining yourself in chapter 13, the comfort of God in chapter 1, the sufferings and rejection that come with serving Christ, the judgment seat of Christ and rewards for service, cheerful giving, Satan's ministers who preach a works salvation, and Paul's thorn in the flesh. He includes personal testimony from jail ministry, tract and Bible distribution, the flea market outreach, and apologizes to the church for how he handled recent attacks.

1 John 1:3-10

The Truth of Ministries

Paul Pierucki · August 16, 2026 · 10:00 AM service

Pastor Pierucki opens with 1 John 1 on walking in the light, confessing sin, and staying in fellowship with God, then applies the theme of truth to the ministry itself. He gives an unusually personal account of 36 years of service, including 12 years in Sturgis, deputation with five children, church planting and orphan work in Romania, and conflicts with pastors and workers who would not deal honestly. He warns that ministry brings real wounds and false accusations, insists that standing for the truth on salvation by grace, eternal security, and believer's baptism is always right, confesses of failures of his own, and closes with story after story of God's provision to show the blessings far outweigh the burdens.

2 Kings 2:1-14

2 Kings

Paul Pierucki · August 9, 2026 · 11:00 AM service

Pastor Pierucki continues his overview of 2 Kings, beginning with Elijah's departure in a whirlwind and Elisha's request for a double portion, then moving quickly through the healing of the waters, Naaman the leper, Gehazi's greed, the floating axe head, the four lepers at the Syrian camp, and the repeated pattern of kings who did evil as their fathers had done. Along the way he turns to Romans 8 on the security of the believer, 2 Chronicles 32 on Hezekiah and pride, and Galatians 5 on walking in the Spirit. He urges hearers to pray for laborers, to stop trying to fix their own lives, marriages, and prodigals apart from God, and to be faithful examples to their children and grandchildren.

Colossians 1:1-14

Colossians

Paul Pierucki · August 2, 2026 · 11:00 AM service

Pastor Pierucki works through the book of Colossians, covering three major themes: what we are in Christ, what God's will is for the believer, and who Jesus Christ is. He walks through the epistle chapter by chapter, touching on being made saints, being complete and forgiven in Christ, the warning against philosophy and traditions of men, the instruction to let the word of Christ dwell in us richly, and the mystery of Christ in you, the hope of glory. He urges believers to test teachers by their fruit and pride, to hold God to His promises in faith, and to remember that no matter how far a Christian wanders, the Father is waiting for him to come back.

Matthew 18:20

Benefits of Being Part of a Local Church

Paul Pierucki · July 29, 2026 · 6:00 PM service

Preaching from Matthew 18:20, Pastor Pierucki lays out why God places His people in a local assembly, covering church discipline, the pictures of sheep and shepherd, the body with Christ as the head, and the church's authority over baptism and the Lord's Supper. He warns from experience that believers who pull away from a local church end up exposed to Satan's work in their lives, and he answers the idea of an invisible universal church as convenient cover for those unwilling to submit. He closes by pointing to Ephesians 4 and Acts 13, urging Christians to get into a church, work together under God's authority, and let Him use them rather than serving Him their own way.

John 1-21

Gospel of John

Paul Pierucki · July 26, 2026 · 11:00 AM service

Pastor Pierucki gives an overview of the Gospel of John, moving through all twenty-one chapters and showing how the book presents Jesus Christ as God and Savior to the whole world. He answers groups that deny the deity of Christ, gathers up the many promises of everlasting life found throughout the book, and shows that assurance rests on what God has written rather than on feelings or experiences. He closes by calling believers to die to self, to remember they are sent by God, and to speak to the lost while there is still time.

Jonah 1-4

Jonah

Paul Pierucki · July 19, 2026 · 10:00 AM service

Pastor Pierucki walks through the book of Jonah verse by verse, showing that no one can flee from the presence of the Lord and that disobedience always carries a cost. He draws out the picture of Christ in Jonah's three days in the fish, warns against false religion and work salvation, and calls believers to obey the Spirit in witnessing and to keep a right heart even while serving God. The message closes on the mercy of a God who knows everything about us and still saves us.

Philemon 1:1-25

Philemon

Paul Pierucki · July 15, 2026 · 6:00 PM service

Preaching through the short epistle of Philemon, Pastor Pierucki highlights the close, loving relationships shared among believers in the early churches. He points out how Paul called himself a prisoner of Christ out of love, and how the story of Onesimus teaches us to do the right thing, forgive, and receive one another as beloved brethren. The message closes with a call to be doers of the Word and to keep a right spirit toward God and others.

Jude 1

Jude

Paul Pierucki · July 12, 2026 · 10:00 AM service

Pastor Pierucki preaches a verse by verse study through the entire book of Jude, highlighting key phrases along the way. He emphasizes being servants of Christ, the security of salvation through the preserving work of God, and the call to earnestly contend for the one true faith. The message warns against ungodly men who creep into churches, defends the King James Bible, and contends strongly against Calvinism and Lordship salvation while presenting salvation as a free gift of God.

2 Kings 6:12-23

Kings Continued

Paul Pierucki · July 5, 2026 · 11:00 AM service

Pastor Pierucki continues his walk through 2 Kings, beginning in Hebrews 11 and 1 John 3 on faith and on being the sons of God, then reviewing the fire from heaven in chapter 1, Elisha's double portion, the widow's vessels of oil, Naaman's cleansing, Gehazi's greed, and the recovered axe head. He centers the message on 2 Kings 6, where Elisha's servant has his eyes opened to see the horses and chariots of fire, and he ties it to Psalms 91 and personal accounts of God's protection in his own life. He closes with the four lepers of chapter 7 who said they did not well to keep good news to themselves, urging hearers to seek God first, get their lives in order, and take the gospel to a lost world.

Philippians 3:10-14

Halfway through the year - Last Days

Paul Pierucki · July 1, 2026 · 6:00 PM service

Halfway through the year, Pastor Pierucki steps out of his book by book preaching to explain why the church does what it does, starting in Philippians 3 with Paul's desire to know Christ and pressing toward the mark. He warns from Matthew 15, Acts 20, and 2 Corinthians 11 about false teachers, sheep stealers, and the traditions and commandments of men, then answers baptismal regeneration, the teaching that a believer can lose his salvation, the five points of Calvinism, and replacement theology from the Scriptures. He closes with the kindness of God toward the unthankful and the evil, the warnings of Proverbs 1 about refusing God's reproof, and a call to spend the time God has given being used by Him.

1 Kings 17-19

1 Kings: Hearing God

Paul Pierucki · June 28, 2026 · 11:00 AM service

Pastor Pierucki finishes his overview of 1 Kings, working through Elijah at the brook Cherith, the widow of Zarephath and the principle of taking care of God's servants, the contest with the prophets of Baal on Mount Carmel, and Elijah's depression under the juniper tree. He turns aside to 1 Corinthians 9 and 1 Timothy 5 on supporting pastors and missionaries, tells how the church's prophet's chamber and mission giving have grown, and warns against the empty show of false religion. He closes on the still small voice, sharing personal accounts of God speaking to him at his salvation, in his call to Romania, and on a sledding hill with his son, and asks whether hearers truly know God.

1 Corinthians 11:20-34

The Lords Supper

Paul Pierucki · June 24, 2026 · 6:00 PM service

Pastor Pierucki teaches on the Lord's Supper as a memorial service given to the local church, beginning in 1 Corinthians 12:27 and working through 1 Corinthians 11:20-34. He explains why the body of Christ in Scripture is a local assembly, compares open, close, and closed positions on communion alongside the church's practice on baptism, and defends unleavened bread and the fruit of the vine as the proper elements. He then shows that eating unworthily points to self-righteousness rather than lost salvation, using John the Baptist, the centurion, and the prodigal son as examples, and closes in Psalms 22 on what Christ suffered on the cross.

1 Kings 11:1-6

The Love of a Father

Paul Pierucki · June 21, 2026 · 11:00 AM service

Preached on Father's Day, Pastor Pierucki works through Solomon's downfall in 1 Kings 11, where the wisest man who ever lived disobeyed God's clear warning and let his wives turn his heart away. He then turns to Romans 7, Galatians 5, Philippians 3, Ephesians 5, 1 John 1, and 1 Corinthians 13 to show that believers still battle the flesh, that we are kept by grace and not by our own righteousness, and that love, not force, is what moves a wife to submit, a child to obey, and a church to serve. He warns against alcohol, pride, and self-righteousness, urges hearers to forget past failures and keep their eyes on Christ, and reminds fathers that good homes built on the Word of God make good churches.

1 Kings 1

1st Kings: Part 1

Paul Pierucki · June 17, 2026 · 6:00 PM service

Along the way he warns against pride and self-appointed men, defends scriptural authority through a sending church, and argues that ministries belong under a local church with real accountability and submission. He also answers Calvinism from the preaching of the prophets, calls out popular false teachers, and reminds hearers that only Jesus Christ can forgive sins, not a priest.

2 Samuel 15-24

2 Samuel 15 Part 2 First 17 min. no sound, sorry

Paul Pierucki · June 14, 2026 · 11:00 AM service

Pastor Pierucki concludes his study of 2 Samuel with a wide-ranging application message on the heart, using Absalom's outward beauty as a warning against judging by appearance and David's numbering of the people as a warning against building on numbers. He marks out the signs of false teachers, questions whether people know us as prayer warriors, students of the Word, and witnesses, and warns that saying a prayer is not the same as being born again. He closes by pressing hearers to present themselves as living sacrifices, to reject the world's rebellion against God's order, and to ask God to make them good ground. The first 17 minutes of this recording have no sound.

2 Samuel 1-12

2nd Samuel Chapter 1-12 overview

Paul Pierucki · June 3, 2026 · 6:00 PM service

Along the way he turns to Psalms 89 on the security of the believer, warns against self-appointed leaders and Pharisaism, and urges hearers to seek God's direction rather than their own. He closes by reminding the church that sin gives occasion for God's enemies to blaspheme, and that no believer should be the cause of others turning away from God.

1 Samuel 16:14-23

Finishing up 1 Samuel

Paul Pierucki · May 27, 2026 · 6:00 PM service

Pastor Pierucki finishes his overview of 1 Samuel, beginning with the evil spirit that troubled Saul after the Spirit of the Lord departed from him, and contrasting Saul with David, upon whom the Spirit came and remained. Along the way he deals with false ministers and works salvation in 2 Corinthians 11, Satan's origin and connection to music in Ezekiel 28 and Isaiah 14, the importance of right music, David behaving himself wisely while being hunted, the men who gathered to him in chapter 22, Abigail and Nabal, and David encouraging himself in the Lord at Ziklag. He closes on the difference between Saul's worldly sorrow and David's genuine repentance in Psalms 32 and 51, and points hearers to 1 John 1:9 for confession and cleansing.

1 Samuel 16:7

Saul and David with the Word of God

Paul Pierucki · May 24, 2026 · 11:00 AM service

Pastor Pierucki continues his book by book overview of 1 Samuel, focusing on the difference between Saul and David. Beginning at 1 Samuel 16:7, he shows that God looks on the heart rather than the outward appearance, and that the real difference between the two kings was their respect for and faith in the Word of God. Along the way he warns against judging people by dress and appearance from James 2, points to Jonathan laying down his armor as a picture of resting in Christ's victory over death, and testifies of his own salvation and the freedom from guilt and condemnation found in Romans 6 and 8.

1 Samuel 12:14-15

1 Samuel (Obedience and Disobedience)

Paul Pierucki · May 20, 2026 · 6:00 PM service

Pastor Pierucki continues his overview of 1 Samuel, beginning in chapter 12 where Samuel warns Israel and their new king that blessing follows obedience and chastening follows rebellion. He applies the authority question to homes, children, government, and the local church, then traces Saul's failures in chapters 13 and 15, Jonathan's faith, God looking on the heart when David is anointed, and David facing Goliath. He closes with the covenant between Jonathan and David as a picture of Christ slaying the believer's giant of death, and warns that wrong teaching on losing salvation robs Christians of peace and joy.
